What Causes The Follicle To Not Rupture After Medication And Chances Of Pregnancy?

I have PCOS prblm. Follicular study done from 11th day onwards and Inj Puberjen 5000 IU taken on 14th and 16th day. Medicated on progyanova 2mg from 7th day of cycle. Follicle did not rupture. My report shows a cyst with internal echoes measuring 61*28cm in the right ovary and it was the same upto my last day of follicular study ie., on 19th day after periods. Also dominant follicle 30*23mm seen on 19th day in the right ovary, endometrium thickness is 14mm. No dominant follicles in the left ovary throughout the study. Y didnt the follicle rupture and wot r my chances of getting pregnant.

OBGYN 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The inability to rupture the follicles are due to overgrown follicles. If the follicle has not ruptured then the chances of pregnancy are almost nil.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
