What Causes The Discharge Of Large White Tissue Substance During Menstruation?

Hi, I ve been on the pill for 2 months now, I occasionally forget to take it, and I don t take it at the same time everyday, but I started my period yesterday and today when I whiped there was a large (quarter size) white tissue substance. My bf and I have regular sex without condoms, what could this be?

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The white piece of tissue can be products of pregnancy or can be thickened uterine lining which is shed in periods.
I will suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test done, if negative, then the thickened uterine lining is likely.
