What Causes The Clear Visibility Of Image In Eyes?

Hello. My name is Adam. I am from Toronto, Canada. The purpose of my e-mail is because I took a profile picture of myself (side view of face), ever since I've looked at it, I can kind of see a clear outline of the image in my vision, or whenever I watch TV its as if my picture is within the designs that are displayed on TV. This has been happening to me for almost 2 years now. Have you ever heard of anything like this and I would like to know what kind of sickness is this?

get your eye test done. specialy refraction should be done. if there is any type of defect detected then it should be corrected. specialy it should be done to exclude astgmatism.
