Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,

With the information you have provided, its difficult to come to a definite conclusion regarding your diagnosis. More information in form of duration of symptoms, sleep, appetite, your age, any medical problem, etc will be needed.

It is possible that you are suffering from depressive disorder. You should consult a psychiatrist. Medications like sertraline, ecitalopram , etc are effective and safe options for depression. You should also start exercising on a daily basis.

Best wishes.
