Hi welcome to HCM. So, you are heart patient with Hypothyroidism and diabetes who is worried about fasting blood sugar.. My advice to you is.. - *Don't get panic about blood sugar levels you have at present.. Fasting is slightly elevated. And after meal it is well controlled. *you need to slightly increase your night time dosage of antidiabetic drug.. For that you should consult a diabetologist. *repeat following blood reports every 3 monthly for perfect control -FBS -PP2BS -HBA1c.. *avoid heavy meals at night time. Thank u. Still you have any query u can ask directly..
