General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and thanks you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein and I will try to help you as much as I can with my answer.
phlebolith is small thrombus in vein and this is not serious and this is incidental finding which should not be related to your symptoms. So you should consider some other causes such as sciatica or circulation problem. you should do ct angiography of the leg and see neurologist.

I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
