What Causes Testicular Pain And Numbness In Pubic Bone?

Ok, so my 15 year old friend has been having testicular pain for the past few days. It is an aching in and around his testicles, and a pain/numbness around his pubic bone. It comes and goes, and when he massages it the pain is relieved temporarily. Also, he wakes up in the morning with virtually no pain, but as the day progresses, they start to ache more and more. What could this be? Any ideas?

Thank You.

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read facts of your query and reviewed it in context to your health issues submitted in your query.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query the reply of your query is-
Your current health issues seem to be due to -mostly from Varicose Veins with testicular Congestion with referred pain / numbness around the pubic region.
In view of the fact that this pain is not there in the morning, but increases gradually as the day passes by, confirms the Varicose Veins with Congestion of the Testicle-as the cause of this testicular pain and pain around pubic area, which are the testicular dermatomes- as testes gets nerve supply from L1/L2 levels.
Possibility of Sigmoid Colitis, Diverticulitis / Ulcerative Colitis , IBS, needs to be verified from Urologist and Surgeon, which would need USG inguinal and scrotal area and Color doppler study to confirm the Varicosity of the testicualr Veins in your case.

Hence Other causes-as cited above- need to be ruled out,by verification with Surgeon and Urologist.

Do's-
Consult with Urologist / Surgeon who would investigate history and physically examine and USG abdomen and stool examination to fix the cause of testicular pain and numbness in pubic bone/ region.
This would fix the increasing pains in testicle and pubic region, amongst the above or other possibilities.
You need to treat it with Urologist/Surgeon, which should be done on priority and urgently to avoid further complications.

This would resolve the complaints of your's.

Constant follow-up with local family or specialist Urologist / Surgeon for long term would give you long remissions of such pains in time to come, which would depend on meticulous follow-up treatment of your health concerns.

Just don't worry and be patient and co-operate with your doctors, till you verify with your attending doctors.
For early recovery-please follow above do's which would resolve your complex health issues.

Hope this would help you to treat your health issues in the best way possible.
