What Causes Testicular Pain And Brown Colored Semen?
I had a wild night on saturday and orgasmed about 3 times in about and hour to two hour range. 2 days later, my left testicle is aching really bad and sore to touch. Last night the pain decreased to the point where i could feel it for any lumps but it mainly felt like the source of the pain was at the top of it, where the valves connect. I masturbated last night, and my semen had a brownish tinge to it, almost as if there might have been old blood in it? I'm worried!

This could be due to over sexual activity and this may not be anything else like blood in semen, or infection now just have rest for some time till you feel better if symptoms does not improved then clinical examination is must, take care.
