Over the past month I have woken up twice to find blood in my sleepwear where my testicles are. Upon looking this morning there are numerous large moles that have dried blood. I have also noticed that I have had a reduction in semen(very little comes out) when I ejaculate. I just mad3e an appoint for today with my fam practice doc. What do you think is going on????
Hi. Thanks for your query. You found out numerous moles on the scrotum with dried blood, and these are the ones that must have caused your sleepwear to have stains of blood. Consult a Dermatologist to get to see the cause and get them removed, cauterized and histopatho reports to see what they are made up of.
The reason of reduced semen quantity may be prostatitis considering your age of 52. TO get a diagnosis you need to be examined by a General Surgeon or an Urologist, per-rectal examination for prostate, blood PSA and ultrasonography of the abdomen to be done to get a proper diagnosis and to see that you are not suffering from Cancer of the prostate.
Further treatment will depend upon the findings of clinical examination and test reports.
