What Causes Testicular And Groin Pain On Masturbation?
Hi, I'm a male, age 47, 5'7 height, 14 stone weight.
After a period of abstenance of approx 5-6 weeks I decided to masturbate. On climax I had massive pain in right testicle and right side groin. Big pain, could barely walk or sit for 24 - 30 hours, and only ejaculate was a clear, sticky fluid. Have tried again since, not so much pain, just discomfort, and agian ejaculate was a clear fluid. Could something be blocked?

Yes, this indicates the blockage in vas or epididymis. But could have been torsion too.
Anyways, get ultrasonography and color doppler done.
Semen analysis can help more for the diagnosis.
If so, get operated and get cured permanently.
