Hello this is embarrassing for me but ill be honest and to the point. I am addicted to masturbation so I do it several times every day. I have been masturbating since I was 10 years old, as I got older the worse it became and the more I did it. When I turned 18 thats when it got really bad, I am 22 now. The last month or two my right testicle has been swelling up during and after masturbation, it can get quite large at the top and front part of the testicle. After masturbation the swelling goes down and eventually disappears, only to return again when I masturbate. I have a diagnosed varicocele on my left testicle so normally my left testicle is bigger and hangs lower, but since the swelling my right testicle looks bigger. I masturbate so much that sometimes I dont ejaculate semen or I ejaculate very little semen. I struggle to get fully erect and due to the excessive masturbation I suffer from premature ejaculation. I am not sexually active at the moment. Please can you help me with a diagnosis on the testicle thanks.
