What Causes Testicle Pain And Sperm Discharge While Using Meth?

I do not use meth often but when I do my left testicle hurts and is extremely sensitive. I also have trouble urinating and have some sort of discharge everytime. And on some occasions I urinate straight sperm/discharge. What is the meaning of all of this because I am highly stressed and worried about my condition.

Meth causes constriction of blood vessels that can lead to heart attacks and testicular pain and sometimes loss of the testicles. You need to stop using meth immediately, to prevent this.
