What Causes Testicle Pain After Touching?
Hi, Im 14 years old and i have a problem with my left testical. I have pin Pointed the area that hurts when i touch it. It is a achy Pain and i have to close my legs slow for it not to hurt. Please can you help me with this as i am getting really wrorried. P.S i Had a hernior Operation when i was little.

After studying meticulously about the health concerns you have,
In my opinion the cause of the testicular pain could be related to your childhood hernia operation-which may be due to the recurrence of the inguinal hernia of direct type(through the scarred hernial repaired tissue)/or could be due to pubertal Varicocele
/ or could be due to new cause-as trauma by cycling or /travelling,orchitis due to viral / or bacterial infection
USG study and opinion of ER Surgeon would be advised for confirming the testicular pain in your special case.
