What Causes Testicle Pain After Cycling With A History Of Hydrocele?

Dear D, I am a 26 yrs old male. When I was 8 years old I suffered from Hydrocele and my left testicle was operated out and removed. 2 days back I went for cycling about 49 kms . From then on I am having severe pain in my testicle(right). I am really afraid of this, will I have to loose my right testicle too? Which specialist should I contact?

General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a urologist, regarding your concern. there might be a recurrence and or occurrence on the other side. clinical examination is highly recommended. diagnostics for further evaluation and management (medical and/or surgical if indications are found) will be directed accordingly.

hope this helps.

good day!!
