What Causes Terrible Headache And Throbbing In Ears?

I have a terrible headache and swooshing/throbbing in my ears. I have had a normal CT and MRI scan within the last week. I do not have any visual disturbances or gait disturbances. Went to the Urgent Care clinic today and I checked out fine. I don't know if I should go to the ER

you can take paracetamol 500 mg. hope it will help you. how often do you get headaches? are they associated with nausea vomiting?what make the headache worse ? all these evAluation needed and you make require some medication which will help you in preventing these headaches
