What Causes Tenderness In Nipple?

Hello my name is Michael and i am a 21 year old male. I have recently noticed that my right nipple as been a bit tender and slighly bigger then my left nipple. Although i thought it was just my right nipple both nipples seem to get bigger and smaller throughout the day.Please inform me if you can on what is going on? Is there to much estrogen in my body?

Nipple tenderness at your age is not to be worried about. This tenderness is part of puberty process and can be seen either of the nipples or both of them. It should go off within one or two years.
