Hello and welcome to HCM,
A positive
pregnancy test turning out to be negative after few days can be due to
miscarriage.
A previous history of tubal surgery can cause ectopic pregnancy.
I suggest you to consult a gynaecologist and get an
ultrasound abdomen.
In addition blood levels of beta HCG may also be required on alternate days.
Tubal pregnancies do not cause rise if beta HCG levels as seen in uterine pregnancies.
The associated breast tenderness is caused by hormonal imbalances and can be seen in variety of conditions like in pre-menstrual period, during
implantation or even during tubal pregnancy.
Back tenderness can also occur in above mentioned conditions.
White milky discharge from nipples is seen in last trimester of pregnancy nearing term, in hormonal disorders like elevated
prolactin levels etc.
Consultation with your gynaecologist is necessary.
Thanks and take care
