What Causes Tenderness Below The Navel And Small Lump In Lower Back?

Hello, I am a 37 year old male that has recently discovered two problems. Half of my navel is collapsed on one side. It s soft to the touch. I have also noticed a small lump about the size of a grape on the same side in my lower back above my hip bone, which feels like a muscle knot. Is this connected in some way or are they separate issues, and what is causing this? I also want to mention about 10 years ago I felt a hard lump smaller than a split pea near the surface of my thigh. I removed it myself and it looked just like a stone, perhaps calcium buildup, not sure if it factors in, in any way.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, symptoms are important for what you have noticed because it may not be the case in my opinion to confirm this it needs clinical examination and ultrasonography, naval area is fixed one that can not be collapse, the lump could be lipoma and it is not related with the appearance that you have hope this information helps.
