Hi, I m 37 and I ve had a problem since I was 14. Three doctors since can not give me answers. I ll start from the beginning. When I was 14 I had a girlfriend, we never had sex but we dry humped alot. One day the rubbing caused an extremely painful sharp pain in one specific spot on the bottom of the shaft about the size of a penciled eraser.  I couldn t touch that spot for a few weeks and waited a while before I did anymore dry humping. I noticed now that if I had an ejaculation and started to get erect after the ejaculation, I noticed there was a faint discomfort in that exact spot but went away within about half hour. (There is no pain or any type of symptoms before or during the initial ejaculation, only after if I start to get erect again). As time went on the discomfort started to get worse, last longer, but still only in this  specific spot. The discomfor was now becoming painfultimate . Throughout my 20s I had to wait at least an hour after sex before I could go again. This way the pain and discomfort would die down enough to go again. I m now 37 and in the past seven years this pain has continued to get progressively  worse. Now I am unable to have sex after my first ejaculation for at least 8-10 hours. The pain is extremely uncomfortable if I start to get a second erection. It Can almost bring me to my knees. You can push on the exact spot where the initial damage was 22 years ago and feel that small spot is the only spot the pain is coming  from.. it s about an inch after the head on the urethra. When I was 24 I saw a urologist in sparta nj and he was convinced it was one of the large veins along the side and had me go in for surgery to remove it. Turns out that had nothing to do with it and I now have an ugly scar and the problem was still here slowly getting worse. I have since seen two more urologist  in Plattsburgh ny and Burlington VT and their exact words were to me is that they weren t very optimistic in finding and fixing this. This is what they told me on my first visits before they even examined me, just going by what I told them. The last doctor did a cystscopy and said everything looks normal.  I have no std s, there are no other symptoms (no blood, no problems urinating before or after, visually there is nothing that can bee seen on the skin) just pain in a specific spot if I start to get a second erection after an ejaculation, and only after an ejaculation. I can get an erection,  have sex 20 times a day and be fine as long as I don t ejaculate. Please, I need answers that I can t seem to get from these doctors. I m sure if this continues It may get to the point I won t be able to have sex.
