What Causes Tender Lump On Lower Right Leg?

Hi I have a lump on my lower right leg about the size of a golf ball it's, red and hot to touch. It's also quite tender and if I apply pressure with my fingers it leaves an inprint of my fingers. I've had a small lump there for a few weeks however I currently have labyrinthitis, sinusitis and a chest infection which I'm taking antibiotics for but today the lump has grown about 5x and has become red, inflamed, painful and hot.

Well come to HCM
Chances of infective lesion may be there, some time such swelling turn into abscess formation, better to care for this, right now this can be managed with anti-inflammatory drug and best option would be Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, hope this information helps, take care.
