What Causes Tender Breasts, Cravings, Heartburn And Frequent Urination?

I am worried that i could be pregnant, my period is due in three days and the day of the sex was exactly nine days ago. I think a am showing symptoms such as tender breasts, cravings, heartburn, and constant urination but i fear that it is in my head, is it possible to be getting symptoms this early? Should i take a home pregnancy test a week after my missed period or will that be too soon for it to tell?

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. If you have regular 28-30 day cycles, you had the intercourse during your fertile period. It is thus possible that you may have conceived. Yet, it is too early to experience all the symptoms described by you. Home pregnancy test can be done 3-7 days after the missed period with a fresh early morning sample of urine. For an earlier and better confirmation, you can go for the assessment of the serum beta-hCG titres ten days after ovulation, i.e., now. Hope this helps.
