What Causes Temporary Tingling Of Tongue And Mouth On Semen Intake?

I have a question about semen making your tongue and mouth in general tingle temporarily. Could this be from what he has eaten or is this indication of an allergy? After I swallowed the sensation went away after a few minutes but if it was an allergy would it risk causing throat swelling that might make it hard for me to breathe?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...

As per your complain human semen contains enzymes, citric acid, acid phosphatase and high lipid contents..
Allergic reaction to any of the components of the semen can cause tingling sensation and as the reaction would be mild the tingling has subsided..
As you have not suffered any other symptoms you need not to worry as the chances of getting severe allergic reaction that can cause breathing difficulties does not seem certain and you are safe as of now..
But in future it will be better if you prevent exposure to it as every time you are exposed to any allergen the more antibodies are formed against it and the reaction can keep on becoming severe..
