What Causes Teeth To Turn Black?

I have 2 wisdom tooth they were both open but now both of them have closed on there own . I have another tooth which I did silver filling long time ago.its paining now .that teeth is becoming black. 2/3days ago I noticed a white lining in my mouth under cheeks. Please help me. What is it.

kindly get a dental opinion on this. maintain oral hygine .. stop smoking if you do.. avoid too many cups of tea and coffee.. you can be having some kind of tooth infection or cavity.
