What Causes Tailbone Pain Despite Having Crohn S Disease?

I ve always suspected I have IBS or Crohn s disease but recently, I have an aching pain in my tail bone and when I wipe and apply pressure from my lower back going towards my scrotum, a foul smelling almost brown mucus and then blood appears on the toilet tissue. When I wipe the reverse way, just stool, no mucus appears on the toilet tissue. I m 19 and worried. Thanks.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello

This doesn't sound like Crohn's and it could be IBS
But it also could be a hemorrhoid problem or an absorption problem like celiac disorder or a gall bladder problem.

You need to see your doctor for an exam, a colonoscopy, and blood work to determine exactly what's going on here
