Sir,I am 22 year old, male.10 days ago,i found colourless pus with fishy odour coming out of my genital.at the same time,i saw non-itchy rashes on my palmes and soles. sores are seen when i remove my foreskin.4 days ago i went to doctor and he tested my blood and my blood test reports showed positive for syphilis. doctor advised me to take penicillin injections. the dose is for 4 weeks (once in each week). i took the injection 2 days ago(last saturday).the problem is that after taking the injection the colour of pus has changed from colourless to yellowish-white.what should be done?plese tell me the stage of syphilis in my case.how much time will it take to cure fully?should there be any kind of changes in my food and daily life activities?
