I can understand your anxiety with the history of fingering and holding of penis by a prostitute that you have undergone the tests for HIV as you are suffering from thrush and two motions daily. Since the HIV tests are negative your worries should be over on this front. Thrush can occur due to diabetes, bad oral hygiene, intestinal infection and so on, it does not necessarily mean HIV in every case. Anxiety might have caused to pass motion twice or an intestinal infection. I would advise you the following: Consult your Doctor to discuss the issues, get a clinical evaluation, examination and investigations for other causes of thrush like stool tests, tests of blood for sugar or any other autoimmune disease. Get a proper treatment for oral thrush like oral paint of anti-fungal and oral tablets of Fluconazole which needs a prescription of your Doctor. Also maintain good oral hygiene. Take plenty of oral water to avoid dehydration and have local cleaning effect. Consult Oral Surgeon or an ENT Surgeon if there is any other lesion in mouth or ENT infection. He shall tell you whether this is oral thrush or something else and give appropriate management. Get treated if there is any other disease like diabetes or so found on investigations.
