Thank you for the query.
As per your clinical history, you are a young lady aged 23 yrs, with a BMI of around 32 (i.e. obese category). You have a history of headache and blurred vision. I would like to enquire, the nature of your headache (throbbing or aching), whether your headaches are worse in the morning, or increased with coughing or sneezing and whether you have associated symptoms like nausea or vomiting along with the headache. I would also like to know about your drug history - any intake of contraceptive pills or use of retinoic acid/tetracycline for acne.
If your headache is very severe, throbbing and affecting only one side, migraine is a possibility. But from your symptoms it might be possible that you a suffering from a condition known as Benign Intracranial Hypertension (BIH, occurs mainly in obese females in the age group of 20-40 yrs). I would advice you to consult your neurologist which may help in the diagnosis (fundoscopy may assist in the diagnosis). In the meantime, you can take analgesics like acetaminophen for your headache.
