What Causes Symmetrical Lumps At The Back Of Head?

I have 2 perfectly symmetrical bumps on the back of my head. I feel like my heads gunna explode with pressure from inside my head. I don t have a fever and blood pressure is normal. I have glasses that I don t wear but when I put them on sometimes, the 2 bumps I m speaking of get very big and painful if that says anything. I m not sure what to do. Can anybody help me? I know doctors are very busy and I thank you for your time and respect any opinion I can get.

I really appreciate your concern, if the lesions or swelling are painful then it could be formation of abscess and care need to be taken for that without the clinical examination it can not be confirmed, till then better to have Tab Ibuprofen 200 mg three times in day, condition may needs investigations too hope this information helps.
