What Causes Swollen Vagina,lower Abdominal Pain And Back Pain?
I'm 33 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing vaginal and rectal swelling...i been noticing more discharge and now it has a smell that I havent noticed before, and I also have pain in my lower abdomen, back pain what can this be and what should I do! Please help

Rectal or rather anal swelling is common in pregnancy and is most probably hemorrhoids. as for vaginal swelling this is also common and in many women mild vaginal infections occur. I understand this can cause some anxiety but that is really not required. Visit your doctor for an examination and if he/she feels it necessary they may initiate a course of antibiotics, nothing more really required.
