General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Thanks for writing.

The symptoms described by you could be due to condition like tonsillitis, Pharyngitis, Otitis media, Sinusitis. You are already on antibiotics. I can suggest you try warm water gargles with betadiene losenze, steam inhalation to decongest your sinuses and avoid anything cold. If the problem still persists then you could undergo further evaluation with a CT PNS and get in touch with your ENT so that he may upgrade ypur antibiotics and add other medications to relieve you.

Hope it help you.

Regards
Dr Manish Jha
