What Causes Swollen Tonsils After Oral Sex?
Hello, my name is Caitlyn. I am wondering if there is a possability that after oral sex can a mans sperm accidentally get into the tonsils? I am curious because I recently had intercorse with my significant other and my right side tonsil has become inflamed and has a white film like substance in it and I thought for a second it could ve been sperm.

The inflamed and enlarged tonsils are not due to deposition of sperms.
Tonsillar enlargement is due to inflammation.
Tonsillar enlargement can be due to infection and inflammation of throat.
Unilateral or one sided tonsil rarely gets enlarged.
However, clinical assess,emt is required to determine the type and cause of one sided enlarged tonsil.
