Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from- TV(Tunic Vaginalis)Hydrocele(idiopathic) initially,which accompanied later on with Scrotal and abdominal pains, from Varicocele with accompanied testicular engorgement.This pain in stomach is from Testicular overweight overnight.When You wake up the increased weight in morning,causes stretching pain in spermatic cord neuro-vascular bundle,which give rise to accompanied pain in stomach as the neurovascular bundle carries pain fibers from T11,L1,L2 from Abdominal nerve center-plexuses. Hope this would resolve you health issues in the best way possible with help of your doctors there .The Vagal reflux pain in stomach is relieved with water intake,which relieves the hypertonic sphincters and alows pain to come down with water. With standing wholeday after morning, Varicocele of testes,causes more swelling in testes from Venus reflux and testicular engorgement due to incompetent vein valves at the left renal vein/or / inferior vena caval or right iliac vein. Usg and colour doppler would fix diagnosis of TV(Tunica Vaginalis)Hydrocele with Varicocele.The overloaded lymph flow with retention, would increase Hydrocele,which is reason of increased swelling after waking up in morning.
