What Causes Swollen Penis After Masturbation?
I masturbated for a couple of hours without ejaculating. Later I noticed my penis is swollen. Not the head but the shaft. I don t have any pain or have an issue passing urine. its been close to 24hr and swelling has not gone down. Do i need to do anything?

Swelling in shaft of penis could be due to mechanical trauma to soft tissue while masturbating.
You are advised to refrain from masturbation for few days till the swelling disappears.
