General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Swolllen neck glands can be related to enlarged lymph nodes
These lymph nodes are usually related to an infection in the system.
I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the inflammation.
I also recommend to gargle with salty water.
If the symptoms continue, a physical examination is needed.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
