What Causes Swollen Moles On Different Parts Of The Body?

Hello Dr. I have had many moles/skin tags on different parts of my body for years. I have many on my neck, about 4 months ago some of them have become fairly larger. I have 1 that began swollen 2x larger then any of them. It stayed like that for about 3 days and just a day ago and then began leeking a clear fluid, now today it began bleeding. Can u tell me what might be going on or why this is happening. These moles/skin tags are getting larger, coming out, lifting more and more everyday. Why Please help me

Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Skin tags are very common small, soft skin growths, are harmless but can be annoying.Clear fluid/bleeding from a tag is a sign of infection.Skin tags can get infected and will need to be managed with antibiotics and anti-inflammatories.I will suggest you try the following:
-Clean it with antiseptic solution like betadin regularly
-Take a penicillin group of antibiotic like cloxacillin
-A pain/anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen
If symptoms persist, you see the Doctor for examination.
Hope this will help
Best regards
