What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes On The Right Side Of The Penis?

I m 22 years old, always had safe sex, never had stds I ve been checked many times. Well I ve been in a steady relationship with my gf for 5 months and have sex plenty of times before with no problems. I was only her second. I stayed the night with her 5 nights in a Row and we had sex 4-5 times each night within a matter of 2 hours. On the 2nd day she claimed she had a UTI. Because she s had them before. She smells clean, she taste clean, if it was herpes I would have gotten it on my mouth right? But anyway 4 days later , which was also 4 days ago. After jacking off 2 times I noticed 3 small ulcer like almost bumps or whatever. Blisters even. Really close to each other, one decent size. I ve rubbed my you know what, raw before so I figured I d just calm down and relax and give it a break. Well now there is a blister on the right side (opposite) side of my dick and both of my lymph nodes are swollen. I m so scared I have Herpes or something although it s 92% almost impossible to have gotten it. Please help!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Blisters that are painful are concerning for herpes. If it is not painful then it is not likely herpes. The only way to be sure is to be tested while the blister is present. It is hard to detect herpes without the blister being present
