What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Neck?

MLymph nodes in my neck swell days after my period for around a week along with head aches , sore bones and just a yuck feeling of being physically drained / tired .. every month this occurs after my menstrual.. is this concerning or a hormonal thing since it s regular and reoccurring after my menstrual

Lymphnode enlargement in neck are mostly due to infective / inflammatory conditions of head and neck region like like

Tonsillitis
Pharyngitis
Mastoiditis
chronic infection like Tuberculosis

sometimes Swollen lymph node may be due to viral URTI with bacterial infection

Get following tests done and review with reports

CBC with ESR
X -ray chest PA view
Tb gold

You need Physical examination for further evaluation
