What Causes Swollen Lumps On The Arm Post Pneumovax-23 Shot?
I received the pneuvomax 23 on March 22. The following two days my upper arm was swollen and red starting from below the injection to the top of my elbow. It s better today, it s not as swollen, but has traveled below my elbow and now I have two big swollen bumps and it might travel down my arm towards by hand. Should I worry?

It is suggestive of injection site infection (cellulitis) which appears to have resulted in abscess (collection of pus in the soft tissue). Take some OTC pain killers like Ibuprofen and consult your treating doctor for further evaluation which may need a course of appropriate antibiotic following drainage of the abscess.
