Hi..
Welcome to Healthcare Magic..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
As per the presentation of symptoms it seems that your daughter has a viral infection caused by
Herpes Simplex Virus 1 leading to the following symptoms causing Herpatic
Gingivostomatitis..
As it is a viral infection, it will resolve gradually once the virus will complete its cycle in human body..
As of now the medication given to her that is
Paracetamol is suitable to reduce fever as well as relieve pain..
As well as
Benzydamine is an NSAID and will help in reducing inflammation and swelling of gums..
In case if she doen not improve, consult a local Paediatrician and get her evaluated and can advise blood tests like viral culture, antigen antibody reaction etc to confirm the diagnosis..
She can be advised a course of
antiviral medications like
Acyclovir, Valacyclovir etc for relief..
Continue giving
tylenol if there is fever..
You can feed your child with cold, soft and bland foods as they will be soothing and easy to eat..
Avoid sour, acidic and spicy foods to prevent irritation in mouth..
Cold sponges over body and forehead can help in reducing fever..
Give her ample of rest..
Do cool compresses over gums..
Keep her toys and other things away as the infection is contagious and can be transmitted to other objects and can recur when they are used..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards..
