hello, im 15 years old and i have had a swollen gland a couple of days ago and today when i woke up i could barely move my head because it would hurt so much then i realised i had 2 swollen glands. i dont have a sore throat, tonsillitis, throat infection perhaps i dont have any flu symtoms. ive been really tired lately and my hands hurt abit when i open and close them. I would really like you to tell me whats wrong with me. Please and thankyou in advance

This could be salivary gland inflammation. I recommend the following. 1) A course of antibiotics. 2) Analgesics like tablet ibuprofen for pain relief. 3) Warm compressions over the swelling. 4) Adequate hydration: drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration.
