ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to health care magic,

It is evident that the swelling is causing concern but the only way to diagnose what swelling it is is by FNAC or cytological examination. If this does not diagnose the condition then you must consult a good ENT/general surgeon and get a biopsy done so that a proper diagnosis can be reached. You can get back to me on this.

hope this helps

regards

Dr Sriram Nathan
