What Causes Swollen Foot?

The top of my foot is swollen right below the second and third toe. Hurts to walk on it. Did not fall. I do run alot when I exercise I've been Crossfitting for over a year so I dont think its that. SHould I wrap it. I notice when its not elevated it swells up more

Thanks for posting the query,

I would suggest you get your blood pressure examined also get your urine examination done.
Take tab oflox TDS and tab Ibugesic plus BD at home for five days.
