Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to urethritis due to lower urinary tract infection, contact dermatitis/irritation due to some chemicals soap or detergents.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination routine urine analysis to rule out the infection.
In case of urinary tract infection:
Course of antibiotic is require
Syrup of alkalizing agents like sodium citrate
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry
Urinary anti spasmodic: flavoxate will be helpful to relieve pain.

In case of irritation:
Wash vagina with warm salted water and apply apple cidar vineagr
Mild steroid ointment application
Wear pure cotton loose inner, keep the area clean and dry

Hope this may help you
