Hello and welcome to HCM,
A bump on the piercing site can be due to inflammation and induration.
Avoid wearing any ear ring or stud in the pierced ear lobule.
This will decrease the inflammation at the site.
You may also apply some emollient on the bump.
In order to prevent infect, an antibiotic ointment may also be applied.
The bump should decrease in size and fluid oozing out from the bump should also stop within few days.
If the bump does not decrease or fluid still oozes out, you will need to consult your primary healthcare provider.

Thanks and take care
