Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that your husband is having sever swelling in his right ankle, foot and calve. There are many possibilities most common being as varicose veins . You should get his color dopplar and angiogrphy of lower limb done to see condition of his vessels. I think he should visit a general surgeon for it. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. Wishing you good health. Take care.
