What Causes Swollen Ankle And Pain In Groin?

Hi this kind of came out of no ware sharp pain in the left groin area no pain in the testicals or scrotom feels like a tendon deeper in. The pain on a 1-10 scale is a 15 I can t lift my leg any higher than 3-4 inches off the ground then the pain is unbearable, feels like a knife is be shoved in my groin. My left ankle is swollen no pain from that

pain in groin is usually not related to groin,,,, the ankle swelling may be due to injury and it is not related to leg lifting,,,, the cause may be either hernia or muscular stretch of thigh muscle,,,,, the local examination of all parts of lower abdoman by surgon is requird for this,,,,
