General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to the head injury.

I suggest doing a head x-ray for further evaluation.

Meanwhile, I suggest using Acetaminophen for the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
