Last night my husband says he thinks he blacked out and when he woke up his tongue underneath was swollen and his throat was hurting as well as his head. What could cause this, he is scared he may have had a seizure. He is 32 5'9", and has a pretty good medical history.
The black out may be due toa seizure, in which case he may have injured his tongue. The best thing would be to meet a neurologist and get him examined. Please dont ignore it as it may occur again. Take care
