What Causes Swelling On The Fingers And Knuckles After An Insect Bite?

These symptoms are typical of an insect bite. You can continue using Benadryl, and Ibuprofen three times a day. If your hand or arm starts swelling, you might need to start antibiotics or a prednisolone injection, so you should go to the ER.
