What Causes Swelling On Knees After An Injury?

A few times I have knelt down on my right knee. upon standing I immediately feel it swelling and looks abnormal. Constricks bending of the leg slightly and painful if I were to put pressure on it. Ends up bruising and swelling usually goes away within a day or two.

Probably Anterior Cruciate ligament injury since your swelling was immediate it could a ligament injury needing immediate surgical correction and bleeding might be there in the joint. Be fast
